- Exemption from VAT on provision of education or educational research, vocational training or re-training, including distance learning provided by schools and institutions recognised for this purpose;
- Refund of VAT of €400 up to a maximum of €1000 on disability equipment;
- Grants will be given on bicycles and electrical bicycles equivalent to a full refund of the VAT incurred will be extended for another year.
