Regulation concerning VAT declaration and recordings – JPK_VDEK comes into force on April 1, 2020

On October 16, 2019, the Minister of Finance, Investment and Development signed a regulation on the detailed scope of data contained in tax returns and in the records of tax on goods and services [hereinafter referred to as the Regulation ], which provides for the introduction of the new JPK_VAT structure (i.e. JPK_VDEK).
