The Supreme Court ruled for the first time in a case where the VAT deduction on construction costs of new-build homes with solar panels is under discussion. The Supreme Court has confirmed the earlier ruling of the Court of Arnhem-Leeuwarden that part of the VAT on building costs may be deducted. A deduction of VAT on new construction costs is therefore possible!
