Robert Praetzler of PwC writes about the German Federal Fiscal Court (Bundesfinanzhof) that referred a case of the CJEU dealing with the question whether construction measures on public land which must be made in connection with a real estate project entitle to an input VAT deduction and do not result in taxable supplies to the public body.
