Tax authorities to obtain distance selling information from payment service providers

Denmark’s National Assessment Council granted the Danish Tax Agency the right to request information from payment service providers that issue credit cards to Danish private customers . The intention is to obtain information regarding distance sales of foreign internet retailers and sales of electronically-supplied services to Danish private customers.
