On 18 January 2018, the Ministerial Decree of 9 January 2018 was published in Official Gazette No. 14, providing implementing rules with respect to the revised split payment system starting 1 January 2018. Suppliers can verify the status of their counterpart consulting the lists available on the website of the Index of Public Administrations for public bodies and administrations, and on the website of the Ministry of Economy and Finance for other companies.
