Taxation: Decisions on infringement procedures concerning three EU countries
The European Commission published a Fact Sheet on 24 September about infringement procedures, notably in the field of taxation concerning three EU Member States.

- France, refunds to non-residents of taxes not due on dividends (MEMO/15/5657);
- Germany, VAT legislation for travel agents (MEMO/15/5657);
- Greece, reduced rates of excise duty for ‘Tsipouro’ and ‘Tsikoudià’ (MEMO/15/5657).
