The Court of Justice has provided clarity about applying the exemption with the import and intra-Community acquisition of dental prosthesis, on February 26 last. If you are a dentist or a dental technician and you import or purchase dental prosthesis with a supplier from another EU country, you need not pay VAT in the Netherlands.
