Pincvision Mandatory Danish WEEE audit extended to B2B producers

Denmark transposed the WEEE recast into the 2014 WEEE order. In previous years it was already a requirement for B2C producers to submit an audited statement of the put on the market numbers on a yearly basis. Art 13 (1) of the 2014 WEEE Order extends this obligation to all producers.
This means that this year all producers, including B2B producers, must authenticate their reports of quantities put on the market.
