India CENVAT/MODVAT: In Matrix Laboratories Ltd v CCE (2014-TIOL-2090-CESTAT-MUM), the Mumbai Tribunal held that transfer of accumulated CENVAT credit was permissible in case of de-bonding of 100% EOU to DTA unit.
