- Comarch has officially completed the accreditation process and is now an approved e-invoicing service provider in Slovakia, fully authorized to support businesses with upcoming regulatory requirements through a direct, legally compliant, and secure connection to the Slovak tax system via Peppol-based networks.
- Slovakia’s e-invoicing mandate rolls out in two phases: structured e-invoices become mandatory for specific domestic B2B and B2G supplies from 1 January 2027, followed by an extension to cross-border intra-EU transactions from 1 July 2030 in line with the EU’s ViDA (VAT in the Digital Age) requirements.
- Choosing a certified provider is critical for compliance and continuity, as all document exchange and digital reporting must pass through authorized Peppol nodes managed by accredited providers — Comarch’s platform meets the stringent requirements of the Slovak Ministry of Finance and the Financial Administration (Finančná správa), ensuring data security and alignment with European delivery standards.
