- Taxpayers with annual revenue exceeding SAR 2.5 million (approximately EUR 616,000) in 2022 or 2023 must integrate with the FATOORA platform by 31 July 2025 to comply with Phase 2 of Saudi Arabia’s e-invoicing mandate.
- The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) released the criteria for the seventeenth wave of Phase 2 on 1 November 2024.
- ZATCA will notify affected taxpayers to ensure they are informed and prepared to meet the integration requirements by the specified deadline.
