- The Spanish government’s B2B e-invoicing mandate has been postponed until at least 2027, with initial expectations for a start in July 2025 or possibly summer 2026.
- The delay is attributed to slow progress in finalizing the necessary technical specifications for the e-invoicing legislation.
- Under the revised roadmap, large taxpayers (over €8 million turnover) must comply by 2027, while all other taxpayers will follow by 2028.
