- Phase I (December 2024): Businesses must issue documents, transmit them to myDATA, and use QR codes for verification. Phase II (April 2025): Digital monitoring of goods’ movement kicks in, ensuring receipt verification and quality control through QR code scanning.
- Phase I becomes mandatory from December 1, 2024, Phase II from April 1, 2025, and public entities must join by January 1, 2026.
- Farmers with special VAT status and small transactions are exempt.
