On November 1st, the Tax Authority issued Resolution 000165, which adopts version 1.9 of the technical annex of the electronic sales invoice and issues technical annex 1.0 of the Electronic Equivalent Document. Other provisions regarding the invoicing system were also issued. However, it is important to note that the resolution has not yet entered into force as it has not been published in the Official Gazette. The technical documentation has already been published on the tax authority’s website.
