The Government of the Russian Federation has amended the list of codes for medical products that, in accordance with OKPD2, are subject to VAT at a rate of 10% when they are sold (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated September 16, 2023 No. 1513). The new rules will begin to apply after one month from the date of official publication of the document, but not earlier than the 1st day of the next VAT tax period.
