The main administration of the DPS in Kyiv reminds that on 27.05.2022 the provisions of the Law of Ukraine dated 12.05.2022 No. 2260-IX “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine regarding the peculiarities of the tax administration of taxes, fees and a single contribution during actions of the military, state of emergency”, which provide for the partial restoration of the duties of taxpayers and the removal of some restrictions regarding the conduct of tax audits.
