The bill aims to implement Council Directive 2021/514 by modifying various laws related to tax matters. It proposes the automatic and compulsory exchange of information declared by platform operators, as well as the establishment of a central electronic system for searching for data concerning IBAN accounts and safe deposit boxes. The bill also modifies laws related to administrative cooperation in tax matters, the Common Reporting Standard, country-by-country reporting, and cross-border arrangements that must be declared.
