As of April 21, 2023, companies, in accordance with Order 1307/2023, are no longer required to obtain physical stamping on their authorization for the distribution of fiscal electronic cash registers. This new normative act, which amends the annex to the Order of the Minister of Public Finance no. ANRE President’s Order no. 158/2015, approves the new model of the authorization document, which can now be issued in electronic format.
