New fiscalization rules are legally in force this year. Recently, the first model of an approved cash register was presented. But the question arises in terms of how and to whom these changes must be reported because cash registers have been changed or updated. It is explained by the State Tax Inspectorate in Lithuania, where it is stated that the manufacturer or his authorized representative must ensure the program of the cash register or a newer version of the program, which has been notified to the Lithuanian Metrology Inspectorate (hereinafter LMI), is installed in the cash register.
