The Supreme Administrative Court, composed of seven judges, did not pass a resolution on the question whether the limited joint-stock partnership assumes all rights and obligations, including those related to VAT, of a natural person making an in-kind contribution to this company and whether he is responsible for the obligations of the natural person arising before the contribution this contribution to the company. The NSA accepted the case for examination in a seven-person panel.
