The “List of entities which may be exempt from the collection of the IGV” approved in the preceding article shall be published in the digital headquarters of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (www.gob.pe/mef), no later than the last working day of the month of September 2022, and shall be in force the first calendar day of the month following the date of its publication.
