According to the Unified Tax Procedures Law No. (206) grace period of transmitting electronic invoices to the ETA is reducing monthly. From the day the e-Invoicing obligation (2020) began to June 2022, taxpayers had 7 days to upload. According to the decision published by the tax office, from January 2023, electronic tax invoices will be requested to be uploaded instantly (in real time). This decision implementation is spread over 6 months and the grace period is reduced day by day in each month. As of October 2022, invoices must be uploaded to the tax office within 3 days.
