On September 8, 2022, the Ministry of Finance published Ordinance on an amendment of the Ordinance on fiscalization in cash transactions (Ordinance). In the Ordinance, it is stated that there are amendments to Article 41f, where after paragraph 6, paragraph 7 is added, which states: „Those liable for fiscalization can determine the prescribed amounts of the cashier’s maximum in a dual amount.“
