In an elaborate judgment delivered today, the Belgian Constitutional Court partially annulled Belgium’s implementation of the DAC 6 Directive and referred a series of additional questions to the CJEU on the compatibility of DAC 6 with the ECHR and the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (in addition to the one in case C‑694/20).
