Newly created SMEs will be eligible for a special VAT credit for the first twelve months

.. with the following breakdown: 100% for the first three months, 50% for the next three months and 25% for the last six months.  This is specified in Message No. 064-370 to the National Congress in July – its new Tax Reform Bill.
