According to par. 1 p. 5 art. 174 of the Tax Code , taxpayers (including tax agents) are required to submit to the tax authorities at the place of their registration a VAT tax return in the established format in electronic form according to the TCS through an electronic document management operator (hereinafter referred to as EDO).
