In the context of the implementation of the Business Plan 2021 of A.A.D.E. (Ε.Σ. ΣΜ.2.1.102) and to facilitate the operation of the Tax Authorities. but also for the better service of the citizens, the AADE with the circular 2044/2022 notifies the Administrative Codification of the VAT Code. as it is valid until January 1, 2022 ( updated until law 4876/2021 ), with citation per article of the applicable relevant regulatory decisions and the most important interpretative circulars and instructions issued since its entry into force until 31/12 / 2021, but also with the previous law 1642/1986.
