Government passes bill that would exempt certain products from VAT and excise duty due to the war

The Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) passed Bill No. 7359 as a temporary exemption from VAT and a few issues of traditional control and clearance of goods, including counting vehicles, under military law.
