The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) has issued the Tax Corporate Governance Framework. As explained in the document, the introduction of the Tax Corporate Governance Frameworks (TCGF) is part of the IRBM’s initiative towards adopting a cooperative tax compliance process that is both fair and effective in Malaysia.
