State Duma deputy Yana Lantratova appealed to the Russian Ministry of Finance with a request to abolish VAT on books and printed publications. It is noted that in the past two years there has been a significant increase in prices for book products, in particular, since the beginning of 2022, the price increase has amounted to at least 20%.
