This site is intended to provide information and guidance to business leaders. This site therefore aims to provide:
- reliable, up-to-date, personalized and free information
- tools to create, manage and develop the economic activities of companies on a daily basis
Carry out formalities with formalites.entreprises.gouv.fr
This new site will allow entrepreneurs to carry out a set of formalities related to the creation or the life of their business:
- register, modify or cease an activity
- deposit accounts
The site will bring together the resources of around ten sites. Mainly from the Centers for Business Formalities (CFE), these sites will be completely replaced by formalites.entreprises.gouv.fr from 1 st January 2023.
Declare and pay with portalpro.gouv.fr
The site will bring together the services currently offered by taxes, Urssaf and Customs. It will thus allow entrepreneurs to carry out their fiscal, customs and social procedures to carry out:
- statements
- payments
In addition to a summary and synthetic dashboard, the site will also provide a secure space for dialogue to discuss with public services (Urssaf, Customs and Public Finances).
