The term “travel services“, provided by other taxable persons to travel agent’s, will be redefined with effect from 1 January 2022 and will include “supplies and other services provided by third parties for the direct benefit of travelers” (BGBI. I Nr. 112/2021 published by the Austrian Minister of Finance on 30 June 2021).
