State Secretary Vijlbrief of Finance has responded to questions from MPs Van Dijk and Amhaouch (both CDA) about the report ‘Again shock due to malfunction at tax authorities’ from the Limburger. This shows that 37,700 entrepreneurs have wrongly received a turnover tax assessment with a payment default and declaration default penalty.
