We would like to inform you about the publication of the draft version of the logical structure – JPK_VAT with the declaration
- From January 1, 2022, a new version of the JPK_VAT logical structure with the declaration will apply.
- We publish a working version of the logical structure JPK_V7M (2) and JPK_V7K (2) to enable the adaptation of IT systems to the introduced changes.
The updated JPK_VAT structure with the declaration includes all changes that enter into force in the period from July 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022.
We developed a draft version of the logical structure after tax consultations with entrepreneurs.
Draft versions of the JPK_VAT structure with the declaration are available on the website of the Ministry of Finance – National Revenue Administration in the JPK Structures tab and the XML Document Structures tab
