A father and son and an employee of their company are on trial this week at the court in Zwolle. The Public Prosecution Service (OM) accuses them of tax fraud, forgery and participation in a criminal organization with the aim of committing VAT carousel fraud. The tax disadvantage would be at least 5 million euros.
