Services for the carriage of passengers and goods in transit through the territory of Ukraine, as well as the provision of services directly related to the transit of goods carried out under the relevant agreements (contracts) of transportation, freight forwarding, power of attorney, agency agreements, etc., and related supply operations services related to such transportation are exempt from VAT subject to the provision of relevant documents.
