European Commission has published several regulations imposing anti-dumping duties

The Commission has published several regulations imposing anti-dumping duties, most notably the following:

  • Commission Implementing Regulation 2021/546 of 29 March 2021 imposes a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of aluminium extrusions (currently falling under CN codes ex 7604 10 10, ex 7604 10 90, 7604 21 00, 7604 29 10, 7604 29 90, ex 7608 10 00, 7608 20 81, 7608 20 89 and ex 7610 90 90) originating in the People’s Republic of China.
  • Commission Implementing Regulation 2021/582 of 9 April 2021 imposes a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of aluminium flat-rolled products (currently falling under CN codes ex 7606 11 10, ex 7606 11 91, ex 7606 11 93, ex 7606 11 99, ex 7606 12 20, ex 7606 12 92, ex 7606 12 93, ex 7606 12 99, ex 7606 91 00, ex 7606 92 00, ex 7607 11 90 and ex 7607 19 90) and originating in the People’s Republic of China. The provisional anti-dumping duty applies for a period of 6 months as from 13 April 2021.
  • Commission Implementing Regulation 2021/607 of 14 April 2021 imposes a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of citric acid (CN codes 2918 14 00 and ex 2918 15 00), originating in the People’s Republic of China or consigned from Malaysia.
  • Commission Implementing Regulation 2021/633 of 14 April 2021 imposes a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of monosodium glutamate (CN code 2922 42 00) originating in the People’s Republic of China and in Indonesia.
  • Commission Implementing Regulation 2021/635 of 16 April 2021 imposes a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain welded pipes and tubes of iron or non-alloyed steel (currently falling under CN codes ex 7306 30 41, ex 7306 30 49, ex 7306 30 72 and ex 7306 30 77) originating in Belarus, the People’s Republic of China and Russia
