Paraguay has published Decree No. 5075 of 5 April 2021 and Decree No. 5190 of 29 April 2021, which provide for the introduction of a special VAT regime for the import and sale of COVID-19 vaccines, as well as specified medicines and medical supplies for the treatment of COVID-19.
