Federal Tax Authority has issued a revised VAT Public Clarification on VAT registration of ‘Sole Establishments’

The amendment in this clarification is related to the definition of ‘Person’ which is now to be understood as a Legal person and a natural person. This is an important public clarification which will impact many licenses in UAE with regards to their VAT registration.
