5. Check that it has the basic means to carry out operations (for example, for storage, transportation, shipment or processing services). Pay attention to the objects that will be involved in this activity and their connection with your potential business partner. Each taxpayer provides this information to the State Tax Service.
6. Check to see if your potential business partner is involved in litigation. This can be done in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions .
7. To check the reliability of a business partner, it is enough to know the tax number or the exact name of the company.
