A lot of companies are working hard to figure out how the new VAT e-commerce regulations will impact their business activities. But its not just the VAT. Customs clearance procedures are impacted heavily as well. As of July 1, 2021 new procedures for customs clearance take into effect. For some e-commerce stakeholders these changes have a huge impact. The customs legislation (UCC Delegated and Implementing Regulation) was modified in 2019 and 2020 to adapt to the new rules
