Customs clearance procedures are impacted heavily as well. As of July 1, 2021 new procedures for customs clearance take into effect. For some e-commerce stakeholders these changes have a huge impact. The customs legislation (UCC Delegated and Implementing Regulation) was modified in 2019 and 2020 to adapt to the new rules
