The Portuguese Secretary of State of Tax Affairs has determined that businesses established in the UK, which are VAT registered in Portugal, have until 30.06.2021 to appoint a fiscal representative. For new registrations, the appointment of a fiscal representative will be mandatory as of 01.01.2021.
