2759. Ordinance amending the Ordinance establishing the list of goods to deal with the consequences of the COVID-19 epidemic, which is temporarily exempt from import duties and the payment of value added tax on imports, page 6699.
For the implementation of point 11 of the first paragraph of Article 51 of the Value Added Tax Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 13/11 – official consolidated text, 18/11, 78/11, 38/12, 83/12, 86/14 , 90/15, 77/18, 59/19 and 72/19) The Government of the Republic of Slovenia issues
DECISION
amending the Ordinance establishing the list of goods to deal with the consequences of the COVID-19 epidemic, which is temporarily exempt from import duties and value added tax on imports
Article 1
In the Decree on determining the list of goods to deal with the consequences of the COVID-19 epidemic, which is temporarily exempt from import duties and value added tax on imports (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 68/20 and 106/20), Article 1 reads as follows: »Last amended by Commission Decision (EU) 2020/1101 of 23 July 2020 amending Decision (EU) 2020/491 on the exemption from import duties and exemption from VAT of imports of goods necessary to deal with the consequences of the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 (OJ L 241, 27.7.120, p. 36) “is replaced by the text” last amended by Commission Decision (EU) 2020/1573 of 28 October 2020 amending Decision (EU) 2020 / 491 on the exemption from import duties and the exemption from VAT of imports of goods necessary to deal with the consequences of the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 (OJ L 359, 29.10.120, p. 8) ”.
Article 2
In Article 3, the date “31. October 2020 “shall be replaced by” 30. April 2021 ”.

This Decree shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.
