Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB) response to the bill on the implementation of guidelines for electronic commerce

The proposal must implement the European Union’s VAT guidelines for e-commerce in the Netherlands. The entry into force of the VAT directives has just been postponed to 1 July 2021 because the initial date turned out not to be feasible for entrepreneurs and member states.
