DETERMINING RISKY PRODUCTS RELATED TO THE FUNCTION OF THE ELECTRONIC PUBLIC ROAD TRADE CONTROL SYSTEM
The Electronic Public Road Trade Control System (EKAER) will be partly abolished and will only apply to speculative goods (such as foods, chemicals) as listed in Decree of the Minister of National Economy no. 51/2014,
Based on the authorization granted in Paragraph (33) of Article 175 of Act XCII of 2013 on the Rules of Taxation and on my responsibility defined in Point 1 of Article 90 of Government Regulation 152/2014 (VI. 6.) on the responsibilities and competences of Government members – in agreement with the minister of agriculture on the basis of Paragraph (2) of Article 65 of Government Regulation 152/2014 (VI. 6.) on the responsibilities and competences of Government members – I order the following:
1. § The minister responsible for tax policy shall define the range of risky food products according to Appendix 1 and the range of other types of risky products – with the exception of products under customs tariff numbers marked „ex.” – according to Appendix 2.
2. § For the purposes of this Decree, risky products are risky food products and other risky products.
3. § For the purposes of this Decree the classification of Appendix I of the Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff (Combined Nomenclature) in effect at the time of reporting is to be applied.
