Poland Publishes Regulation on Reduced VAT Rates Due to COVID-19

• 0% VAT rate on the supply and import of certain medical products to combat the effects of the pandemic
• 8% VAT rate is also provided until 30 June 2020 on supplies of disinfectants with bactericidal, fungicidal, and virucidal properties in healthcare
