Postponement for submitting the VAT returns

PERIODIC RETURNS

Are you a starter (link is external)or do you have a monthly refund permit (link is external)and would you like to benefit from the monthly refund of your VAT credit? In that case, a postponement will also be granted, but only until the 24th of the month following the declaration period.

ANNUAL CUSTOMER LISTING

• Deadline extended to April 30, 2020 .
• If you put your stop activity: at the latest at the end of the fourth ^the month after discontinuing your activity subject to VAT.

Payment of VAT and withholding tax

You will receive an  automatic two-month deferment for VAT and withholding tax without having to pay fines or interest.
