GST Council in its 37th Meeting on September 20, 2019 has waived off filing of GSTR-9A for Composition taxpayers and filing of GSTR-9 has been made optional for taxpayers having aggregate turnover of up to Rs. 2 crore for F.Y. 2017-18 and F.Y. 2018-19.
