The State Fiscal Service (SFS) clarified in Letter No. 3352/6/99-99-15-03-02-15/ІПК of 19 July 2019 that no penalties will be imposed on late recording of adjustments to VAT invoices, if the adjustments to the VAT invoices were recorded by mistake and no goods and/or services were supplied.
